Thinking of having a party? Hire our conservatory area. 

With seating capacity for  50 people, it's a perfect room for any occasion. Semi-private but can be made private the Conservatory features it's own music system perfect for a simple playlist through your device or for you to hire a DJ.  Standard Hire rate is on a minimum spend basis with a £250-£350 minimum spend on all evening parties (date dependant)*.  We will take a £100 deposit that is redeemable on the day against your spend or refundable in full on completion of the minimum spend. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times and after 8pm must stay within the hired area. On request you can also have use of our full HD Projector as well as the 55" TV that feature in the room.  You can also make it a good games night with free use of the dartboard too with darts provided on all hire. 

If you require hire for daytime use, please get in touch as the room is not available during busy sporting events. 

* minimum spend based on room hire from 7pm to midnight, this will be increased for longer use.
